Here along the mid-Atlantic coast, there is nothing that tops a good 'ole fashion saltwater blitz! Bass, blues and even the elusive albie will be the target of this weekend excursion to the Central New Jersey Coast. Timing of this trip coincides with what we feel - is the peak of the fall blitz.

What to expect:
This time of year can bring a range of conditions from bluebird - Indian summer weather - all the way to full-on, nor'easter conditions. The whole range can produce fantastic fishing. Intercepting the migratories will be the goal, so we will focus on the beachfront and jetties. Where we fish, depends on where the best action is taking place. As the trip nears, we will have a better idea.

Package includes:
*Two days of hosted fishing with Sunday pm departure.
*Two nights accommodations on island.
*OSV Permits and transportation once on island.
*Snacks, sandwiches and non-alcoholic fluids included. Meals not included. Please provide dietary needs upon booking.
*Guest arrives Friday pm.
*Hosted trip begins pre-dawn Saturday

Gear requirements:
Fly Rods - 8, 9 or 10 wt - 9'-10'
Line - intermediate to match rod; 300-400 sinking line.
Leaders - 5'; 12-20lb tippet (bite guards required for blues)
Waders - Chest stocking foot or boot foot (lightweight breathable preferred)
Boots - Flats boots for stocking foot and KORKERS!!!
Other Gear - Stripping basket, rain jacket, gloves, warm hat & fleece clothing, sunglasses and clear safety glasses
